林凱欣（1999 年生於香港）2022年畢業於香港浸會大學視覺藝術學院，並獲選為 2024-25 年度聲音掏腰包「藝術家支援計劃」的藝術家。

 

她的創作以文本、影像實踐、繪畫、聲音及裝置為主要媒介。她以創作探索感知、意識、記憶、時間與夢。受文本及生活中的細節所觸動，她常以寫作和處理影像為整理思緒及記錄感受的方式。透過記錄、整理、再處理（扭曲、重新解讀、拆解）探索缺失與差異為現象所帶來的另一層意義或背後的隱喻，並在媒介與概念之間遊走。

 

她的近期展覽包括「In the Folds of Wave and Time - 林凱欣個人展覽」（Experimental Sound Studio、芝加哥，2025）近期作品亦曾於 WURE AREA、嶺南大學梁方靄雲藝術廊等地展出。

Helen Lam Hoi-yan (b.1999, Hong Kong) received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the Academy of Visual Arts, Hong Kong Baptist University in 2022. She was the recipient of soundpocket’s Artist Support Programme 2024-25.

 

Her practice spans text, lens-based work, drawing, sound and installation. She is drawn to exploring perception, consciousness, memory, time and dreams through her art. Attentive to texts and the subtle details she finds in daily life, she sees writing and image processing as ways to organise thoughts and record feelings. By recording, organising, reprocessing (distorting, reinterpreting, deconstructing), she explores how absence and difference bring additional meanings and buried metaphors to phenomena, while she navigates her artistic practice between different media and concepts.

 

Her recent exhibitions include In the Folds of Wave and Time - Helen Lam Solo Exhibition (Experimental Sound Studio, Chicago, 2025). Her recent work has also been presented at WURE AREA, the Leung Fong Oi Wan Art Gallery at Lingnan University, etc.
